Interactive TV and Viral Campaign
To note: This is simply a university project and has nothing to do with Channel 4 Television.
Brief: "Channel Four is planning to launch six new interactive TV channels later this year. Five channels already have themes and working titles but the sixth is still to be decided upon.
Channel 4 would now like you to choose a channel and design a new identity, related animation stings and assorted promotional material producing for it. You can change the name of your chosen channel if you wish as long as you keep to the channel’s theme and explain your reasoning."
What I came up with: An interactive TV channel called 4Play. For the project, I produced 3 animated stings based on old arcade games. See them by clicking on the following, Pacman sting, Tetris sting and Breakout sting. I also created a viral advertisement, the project was a huge success and even caught the attention of Channel 4 themselves. It's a long story...
